PROS:  Location, ambiance, accommodations are spacious, rooftop dining is beautiful, friendly and helpful staff.

CONS:  Though the location is great, the area tends to be noisy.  Floors are cold in the winter. Valet parking only, which can be an inconvenience.  Although it is unlimited with the number of times guests can come and go, it can get expensive, particularly if guests tip every time.
